Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in Goregaon West, Mumbai.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our team in Goregaon West, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Prepare and reconcile financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, etc.).

• Process and reconcile invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

• Perform bank reconciliations.

• Assist with tax preparation and compliance.

• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.

• Provide financial analysis and reporting to management.

• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

• 5-10 years of experience in accounting or a related role.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally).

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
